• Permit Charges (Extra): Indian Nationals: ₹500 per person , Foreign Nationals: ₹2,500 per person
• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before the trip date.
• We accept Cash, Cheque, and Demand Draft (DD). Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Food & beverages are available at an additional cost and must be requested in advance.
• All trips are subject to weather, sea conditions, and government/security regulations.
• Andaman Yacht Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Andaman Yacht Rentals acts as a booking facilitator between guests and yacht owners.
• The captain has the right to remove any guest displaying inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
• Illegal drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited onboard.
• Any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment must be paid for by the guest.
• Guests must carry a valid Government-issued ID. Foreign nationals must carry their passport.
• Andaman Yacht Rentals may modify, suspend, or discontinue its services without prior notice if required.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during the trip.

• Cancellation requests must be sent by email.
• If cancelled 50 days or more before the trip, up to 50% of the advance amount may be charged.
• If cancelled less than 30 days before the trip, 100% of the advance amount will be forfeited.
• If Andaman Yacht Rentals successfully books another guest for the cancelled date, no cancellation charges will apply.
